Emergence of Dalit-Bahujan Students’ Movement: A Study of University Campuses in Western Odisha

Historically, it has been observed that student movements have essential in bringing about social change the world. In Indian context, majority of these organizations, whether they follow a leftist or rightist ideology, always tried to hide their Brahminical foundations and ignored problems marginalized students on university campuses. When comes Odisha, one can witness Brahmin Karana castes’ historical monopoly over political power state, as result, neglecting caste issues parties other academic institutions many ways. this project, researcher followed qualitative approach used phenomenological technique understand lived experiences Dalit-Bahujan located three campuses western Odisha.
